Registration Dates

 

Super Advance Registration
To take advantage of the "early" discounted rate, registration must be received or postmarked on or before 31st April 2014. (Online registration date will be acceptable for verification.)

Advance Registration
The advanced registration rate will be accepted between 1st May 2014 and on or before 30th June 2014. (Online registration date will be acceptable for verification.)

Late Registration
The advanced registration rate will be accepted between 1st July 2014 and on or before 10th September 2014. (Online registration date will be acceptable for verification.)

On-site Registration
From 12th September 2014, registration must be made at the meeting and at the on-site rate.

Industry
Registrants who are employed in commercial, financial, governmental or industrial communities may register in this category. We encourage participation of companies and their representatives in the conference and also offer opportunities for sponsors and/or exhibits. (See Exhibitors & Sponsors on the Home Page).

 

Attending Physician / Consultant / Faculty
Registrants who are employed in an faculty academic or hospital setting may register in this category.

 

Postdoctoral Fellow / Research Fellow / Resident (in training) / Retired
This registration category is open to residents, reseach fellow and post-doctoral fellows who are considered "in training". Registrations in this category must be accompanied by a letter from the advisor certifying the eligibility of the person for this reduced fee.

 

Undergraduate Students
This category allows undergraduate students to register at a reduced fee. Registration in this category must be accompanied by a letter from the advisor certifying the eligibility of the student for this reduced fee.

Cancellations and Refunds

Registrants must request refunds in writing.

There will be a £100 GBP handling fee for registration cancellations made prior to 1st June 2014.

Refund requests received after 1st June 2014 will NOT be honored.

Registration and other fees may be paid by Paypal, Visa, Master Card and American Express. Complete the "Online Meeting Registration Form" making certain to include all of the requested information. You will need to provide the cardholder name, complete credit card number and expiration date. You will receive confirmation that your registration is received as soon as your credit card is processed.

 
Note If your institution or company is providing the funds for registration fees, please request that they include your completed registration form with the funds. This will ensure proper credit of the fees to your meeting registration.

Additional tickets may be purchased for accompanying guests (non-medical/science) either in advance or at the meeting registration desk (subject to availability). Ticket prices do not include admission to the scientific sessions. Guest tickets for the Opening Reception are £50 per person and the banquet tickets are £80 per person.

RECEIPTS, BADGES, PROGRAMS AND TICKETS

 

Receipts, badges, programs and special function tickets will be available at the meeting registration desk. Badges must be worn to all sessions and special functions. The dates, speakers and program indicated may be subject to change without notice, which means they are not definite yet. Tickets are required to attend the opening reception and banquet and must be presented at the door for admission to the function.
